摘要
本文指出图书馆员在读者服务工作中存在的过度依赖搜索引擎、不熟悉各类型馆藏资源等问题,结合2个信息检索案例,探讨培养和提升图书馆员信息检索能力的方案,提出熟悉常用工具书、构建合理的知识结构等建议,供图书馆同行参考。
This paper points out the problems of librarians’over-reliance on search engines and unfamiliarity with various types of collection resources in the work of reader service.Combining two information retrieval cases,it discusses the plan for cultivating and improving the information retrieval ability of librarians,and put forward the ideas of familiarity with commonly used reference books,building a reasonable knowledge structure and other suggestions for reference of library colleagues.
