摘要
党的十九大报告提出"完善职业教育和培训体系,深化产教融合、校企合作。"近年来,产教融合协同育人虽取得了明显成效,但仍存在产教融合协同育人机制不健全等问题。为此,可从多元主体治理机制、运行机制、评价激励机制、动态调节机制等方面构建产教融合协同育人新机制来破解上述问题。
The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to"improve the vocational education and training system,and deepen the industry-education integration and the school-enterprise cooperation".In recent years,the collaborative education mechanism of the industry-education integration has achieved remarkable results,but there are still some problems,such as the imperfect collaborative education mechanism of the industry-education integration.Therefore,a new collaborative education mechanism of the industryeducation integration can be constructed from the aspects of multi-subject governance mechanism,operation mechanism,evaluation and incentive mechanism,dynamic adjustment mechanism,and so on to solve the above problems.
