摘要
基床抛石、夯实和整平是航道整治工程中的重要施工工序。随着近几年水运经济的快速发展,深水大流速的恶劣施工条件对内河航道整治施工工艺提出更高的技术要求。在长江口南槽航道治理工程中采用了振夯整平一体技术:溜槽抛填解决了传统抛石离散性大、损耗率多的缺点,振夯整平技术提高了基床抛填的平整度,一体船的应用实现了连续抛填夯平作业功能,减少了工序转换的时间浪费,提高了总体施工效率。振夯整平一体技术可以推广应用于离岸深水作业,为深水航道整治施工提供参考。
Riprapping,tamping and leveling of subgrade bed are important construction procedures in waterway regulation project.With the rapid development of water transport economy in recent years,the poor construction conditions due to deep water with high velocity puts forward higher technical requirements for the construction technology of inland waterway regulation.During vibration compaction and leveling in the south channel regulation project of the Yangtze River Estuary,we adopt the vibration tamping and leveling integration technology:chute filling solves the shortcomings of traditional riprapping,such as large dispersion and high loss rate,vibration tamping and leveling technology improves the flatness of the foundation bed,the application of integrated ship realizes the function of continuous dumping,filling and tamping,which reduces the time waste of process conversion and improves the overall construction efficiency.The vibration tamping and leveling integration technology can be applied to offshore deepwater operation and provide reference for deepwater channel regulation construction.
