摘要 本文采用溶胶-凝胶法制备巯基功能化的SiO_(2)微球,利用银与巯基的络合作用将银负载在SiO_(2)微球上,利用压片法将Ag@SiO_(2)修饰在泡沫镍表面,制备了Ag@SiO_(2)@NF电化学传感器,并研究了其在水中Pb^(2+)检测方面的应用。通过透射电子显微镜,扫描电镜,电子能谱等对Ag@SiO_(2)@NF的形貌结构进行了表征,通过差分脉冲伏安法对Ag@SiO_(2)@NF的电化学性能进行了检测。结果表明,制备的Ag@SiO_(2)微球均匀的负载在泡沫镍表面。在最佳条件下使用差分脉冲伏安法对Pb^(2+)进行电化学检测。测定的线性范围为1~5×10^(-4)M,检测限为0.761μmol·L^(-1),为在各个环境中快速、准确、灵敏的检测水中Pb^(2+)的含量提供了一种新思路。 In this paper,a sol-gel method was used to prepare sulfhydryl functionalized SiO_(2) microspheres.The complexation of silver and sulfhydryl groups was used to load silver on the SiO_(2) microspheres,and Ag@SiO_(2) was modified on the surface of the foamed nickel by the tableting method to prepare Ag@SiO_(2)@NF electrochemical sensor,and studied its application in Pb^(2+)detection in water.The morphology and structure of Ag@SiO_(2)@NF were characterized by transmission electron microscope,scanning electron microscope,and energy spectrum,and the electrochemical performance of Ag@SiO_(2)@NF was detected by differential pulse voltammetry.The results show that the prepared Ag@SiO_(2) microspheres are uniformly supported on the surface of the nickel foam.Under the best conditions,the electrochemical detection of Pb^(2+)is carried out using differential pulse voltammetry.The linear range of the determination is 1~5×10^(-4)M.It provides a new idea for the rapid,accurate and sensitive determination of content of Pb^(2+) in water in various environments.
