摘要
目的观察CICARE模式改善抑郁症患者抑郁症状的效果。方法选择2019年1—9月浙江省立同德医院心身科抑郁症患者60例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上运用CICARE沟通模式进行4周的干预。分别于干预前及干预后4周采用HAMD和SFRS评分评定患者的抑郁情绪和社会功能。结果两组间干预前HAMD和SFRS量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后4周,观察组和对照组HAMD评分[(6.53±1.06)分vs.(15.33±4.42)分]和SFRS评分[(13.73±3.13)分vs.(30.30±6.23)分]比较,差异有统计学意义(t=-10.604,P<0.05;t=13.017,P<0.05)。结论CICARE模式能有效改善提高抑郁症患者的抑郁情绪,提高社会功能,从而使患者的抑郁症状明显改善,社会功能保持完好。
Objective To observe the effect of CICARE model on improving depressive symptoms in patients with depression.Methods A total of 60 patients with depression in the Department of Psychosomatics in Litongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province from January to September 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group followed conventional nursing,and the observation group used CICARE communication mode for four weeks of intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.HAMD and SFRS score were used to assess the patients′depressive mood and social function before the intervention and four weeks after the intervention.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of HAMD and SFRS before intervention between the two groups(P>0.05).At the end of the four weeks of intervention,there were significant differences in the HAMD scores[(6.53±1.06)points vs.(15.33±4.42)points]and SFRS score[(13.73±3.13)points vs.(30.30±6.23)points]between the observation group and control group(t=-10.604,P<0.05;t=13.017,P<0.05).Conclusion The CICARE model can effectively improve the depression and social function of patients with depression,so that the patients'depressive symptoms can be significantly improved and the social function can remain intact.
