摘要
本文临床上收治了1例64岁老年女性患者,完善相关检查后诊断为梗阻性肥厚型心肌病,患者入院后予以行冠脉造影检查,并行室间隔化学消融术,术后恢复好,患者临床症状明显缓解,好转出院,治疗效果明显。
A 64-year-old woman was diagnosed as hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy,and underwent coronary angiography and septal myocardial ablation after admission.The patient recovered well after operation,and her condition was obviously relieved.
