摘要
目的探讨红霉素对肠道功能紊乱患儿的疗效及肝功能影响。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月我院收治的90例肠道功能紊乱患儿,按入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上使用红霉素治疗。比较两组患儿疗效、肝功能指标、临床相关指标及不良反应发生情况。结果对照组有效率显著低于观察组(P<0.05)。对照组ALT、AST肝功能指标水平显著高于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组呕吐缓解时间、胃潴留时间及住院时间等相关指标显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论红霉素可有效缓解肠道功能紊乱患儿临床症状,提高其有效率,改善肝功能相关指标,缩短住院时间,且无明显不良反应,安全性较高,对促进患儿病情恢复具有重要价值,值得临床推荐。
Objective To explore the effect of erythromycin on the children patients with intestinal dysfunction and liver function.Methods A total of 90 children patients with intestinal dysfunction who were admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected.According to the order of admission,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 cases in each group.Conventional treatment was given in the control group,and the observation group was treated with erythromycin on the basis of conventional treatment.The efficacy,liver function indices,clinical related indices and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups of children patients.Results The effective rate in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05).The levels of liver function indices of ALT and AST in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).The vomiting relief time,gastric retention time,length of stay and other related indicators in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Erythromycin can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of children patients with intestinal dysfunction,increase its effective rate,improve liver function-related indicators,and shorten the length of hospital stay.There are no obvious adverse reactions and the safety is high.It has an important value in promoting the recovery of children′s condition and is worthy of clinical recommendation.
