某注水井采油树测试阀腐蚀原因分析

摘要 通过宏观分析、化学成分分析、力学性能试验、金相分析和腐蚀产物分析,结合服役工况,对注水井采油树测试阀腐蚀原因进行了分析。结果表明:测试阀的化学成分和力学性能试验结果满足API Spec 6A—2018标准要求;测试阀内壁腐蚀产物主要由FeCO_(3)、FeS、Fe_(2)O_(3)和CaCO_(3)组成。测试阀腐蚀为溶解氧腐蚀、CO_(2)腐蚀和细菌腐蚀共同作用的结果。 Corrosion cause analysis of production tree test valve in a water injection was carried out through macrograph observation, chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties testing and corrosion products composition anylysis, combined with its working conditions. The result indicates that the chemical composition and material properties of the test valve meet the requirements of API Spec 6 A—2018 standard. Corrosion products in the inner wall of the test valve consists of FeCO_(3)、FeS、Fe_(2)O_(3) and CaCO_(3). The corrosion of the test valve was the synergistic effects of dissolve oxygen corrosion, CO_(2) corrosion and bacterial corrosion.
