To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of hydroxychloroquine sulfate combined with metho⁃trexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA),the computer is used to retrieve the date knowledge service platform of ten thousand,China,Weipu Zhong Wen technology journal full-text database,Chinese biomedical literature database,PubMed,Wed of Science, retrieval time limit from building up to September 16,2020,under the joint methotrexate hydroxychloroquine sulfate contrast methotrexate for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)randomized controlled test(RCT).And according to include and exclude standards,Review 5.4 software was used to perform Meta-analysis on the 20 articles eventually included.According to the Cochrane Collaboration migration risk assessment criteria, the include literature was evaluated using Review Manager 5.4 software. The results show that combined use of hydroxychloroquine sulfate and methotrexate can improve clinical symptoms, reduce inflammatory indicators, reduce the inci⁃dence of adverse reactions, and increase the safety of the drug.Due to the small sample size and heteroge⁃neity of the included literatures, more high-quality randomized controlled trials can be sought to improve the clinical evidence-based basis of this study.
