摘要
从房屋建筑工程现场监理的角度出发,阐述了强化现场质量管理的重要意义,分析了在现场环境、材料管理、监理制度及管理方法等方面存在的问题,提出了要做好现场组织设计,督促做好材料、工艺管理,构建精细化监督管理机制,应用现代技术,提高工程监理现场质量管理水平。
From the perspective of on-site supervision of housing construction engineering,this paper expounds the significance of strengthening on-site quality management,analyzes the problems existing in on-site environment,material management,supervision system and management methods,and puts forward that we should do a good job in on-site organization design,supervise and urge the management of materials and processes,build a fine supervision and management mechanism,and apply modern technology,Improve the on-site quality management level of project supervision.
