摘要
教育部启动两批“三全育人”综合改革试点,激发广大高校进行广泛而深入的研究,试点单位积极试点的同时,众多非试点院校也开展了理论研究和实践探索并取得一定成效。医学院校因其专业的特殊性,与其他院校在思想政治教育工作上具有一定差异,教育部试点单位中也囊括了10所医学院校,本文通过归纳分析现阶段各医学院校“三全育人”工作的研究与实践进展,剖析其在体系建设和实践路径上的异同,以期促进医学院校“三全育人”研究的交流融合,推动形成“三全育人”实践应用的共识框架。在体系建设方面,各医学院校的思想认识和管理体系上较为一致,有希望在实践论证后逐步形成可以在医学高等院校中推广应用的管理架构模式。在制度建设方面,由于校情、院情不同,各院校的制度差异较大,制度覆盖范围各有侧重,对各项具体举措的规定也不尽相同。而在具体实践路径方面,虽然“三全育人”理念已经融入到高校工作的方方面面,但多为研究者的个人探索,在学校和学院层面上还主要集中在教学、辅导员队伍建设等方面,尚无统一模式。
The Chinese ministry of education start the there-wide education work system,which inspired higher education institutions to start the research and practice of it. Not only the reform pilots but also many other hinger education schools joined in. The medical school is different from another schools, thus we conduct this research to conclude and analysis the research and practice that medical schools have taken, to promote the communication and cooperation of different medical schools and promote forming a practical application consensus framework of the there-wide education work system. The management system of different medical schools are basically the same, and we hope that one standard management framework can be formed and applied in all the medical schools. But the rules and practices are different among schools. Nowadays, the most research and practices are conduct by school researchers, the universities and schools more concentrate on teaching and instructors, we lack one unified model.
