摘要
目的:探讨用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液治疗白内障超声乳化术后角膜病的临床效果。方法:选取2018年5月至2020年5月期间在成都普瑞眼科医院进行白内障超声乳化术后发生角膜病的68例患者作为研究对象。将这些患者平均分为对照组和观察组。两组患者发生角膜病后,均为其使用妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液和双氯芬酸钠滴眼液进行治疗。在此基础上,为观察组患者加用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,P<0.05;其角膜水肿消退的时间短于对照组患者,P<0.05;治疗期间其不良反应的发生率低于对照组患者,P<0.05。在手术后1周、1个月、3个月,观察组患者角膜内皮细胞的变异系数均小于对照组患者,P<0.05;其患眼的视力均优于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液治疗白内障超声乳化术后角膜病的效果理想,可有效地提高此病患者角膜内皮细胞的功能及患眼的视力,促使其角膜水肿尽快消退,且安全性较高。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops on the treatment of corneal disease after cataract phacoemulsification.Methods:A total of 68 patients with keratopathy who underwent phacoemulsification in Chengdu Puri Eye Hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were equally divided into a control group and an observation group.Patients in both groups were treated with tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops and diclofenac sodium eye drops after corneal disease.On this basis,the observation group was treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,P<0.05;The regression time of corneal edema was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was lower than that of control group,P<0.05.At 1 week,1 month and 3 months after surgery,the coefficient of variation of corneal endothelial cells in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05;The visual acuity of the affected eyes was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:RBFGF eye drops can effectively improve the function of corneal endothelial cells and visual acuity of patients with cataract phacoemulsification,and promote the corneal edema to subside as soon as possible,with high safety.
