Evaluation of the intelligent and connected bus signal priority technology before decision making

摘要 针对智能网联公交信号优先控制策略尚未完善的问题,提出两种智能网联公交信号优先技术决策前评价方法。方法一基于车均延误计算模型和人均延误计算公式,提出利用优先前后人均总延误差值进行决策前评价。方法二基于优先前后交叉口人均延误影响因素分析,构建包括优先效益、优先效果、非优先相位影响3个方面共7个指标的智能网联公交优先技术决策前评价指标体系,利用层次分析法(AHP)和熵值法相结合的方法进行指标赋权。对长沙市的两条公交客流走廊(金星路和银杉路)共20个交叉口进行分析,总结评价结果并提出决策建议。 For the signal priority control strategy of intelligent and connected bus has not been mature,two evaluation methods of intelligent and connected bus signal priority technology before decision making are proposed.First method based on the vehicle average delay calculation model and the per capita delay calculation formula,the difference between the total per capita delay before and after the priority technology conducted is used to make the pre-decision evaluation.Second method based on delay influence factors analysis,the evaluation index system is constructed,which includes seven indexes from three aspects,namely priority benefit,priority effect and non-priority phase influence.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and entropy method are combined to give weight to indexes.This paper analyzes 20 intersections of two bus traffic corridors(jinxing road and yinshan road)in changsha city,summarizes the evaluation results and puts forward decision-making suggestions.
