摘要
目的探讨埋线学术流派——埋线针刀疗法选择治疗点的特征。方法梳理星状神经节、迷走神经节、蝶腭神经节作为治疗点的理论依据、解剖基础、操作方法、主治病种;梳理阳性点的规律、如何寻找阳性点、如何确定阳性点;梳理神经节和阳性点在杨五针中的作用。结果神经节和阳性点的选穴在临床中经典而有效。结论神经节和阳性点是埋线针刀流派打破禁区的最大亮点。
Objective To explore the characteristics of selection of treatment points for catgut embedding needle knife therapy,an academic school of catgut embedding.Methods Combing stellate ganglion,vagus ganglion and sphenopalatine ganglion as the theoretical basis,anatomical basis,operation method and main diseases of the treatment point,the law of positive points,how to find positive points and how to determine positive points was sorted out.The role of ganglia and positive points in Yangwuzhen was arranged.Results The selection of ganglion and positive points is classic and effective in clinic.Conclusion Ganglion and positive spot are the biggest highlights of thread embedding needle knife school to break the restricted area.
