摘要
目的:观察自拟益气养阴组方联合西药治疗慢性肾炎患者的临床疗效,及其对肾功能、免疫功能的影响。方法:选择2019年1月~2020年6月于我院就诊的86例慢性肾炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(41例)和观察组(45例)。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予益气养阴组方治疗,疗程均为4周。比较2组治疗前后肾功能指标、免疫水平、中医证候积分,并统计2组临床疗效。结果:治疗后2组肾功能(尿蛋白计数、24h尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数、尿素氮、血肌酐水平)较治疗前明显降低(P均<0.05),且观察组上述指标,均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后2组补体C3、IgA水平均明显升高(P均<0.05),且观察组上述指标均高对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后,2组中医症状积分均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组和对照组的总有效率分别是85.7%(30/35)和65.7%(23/35),观察组明显高于对照组的(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴组方治疗慢性肾炎患者的临床疗效确切,能显著提高患者肾脏功能、免疫能力,改善临床症状。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of using Self-made Yiqi Yangyin Formula combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic nephritis and its influence on renal function and immune function.Methods: 86 patients with chronic nephritis in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into a controlled group(41 cases) and an observation group(45 cases).The controlled group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Yangyin Formula on the basis of the controlled group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Renal function index, immune level and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results: After treatment, the urine protein count, 24-hour urine protein quantity, urine red blood cell count, urea nitrogen and serum creatinine levels of the two groups were significantly decreased(all P<0.05),and the above indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the controlled group(all P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of complement C3 and IgA in the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the above indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment, the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were significantly decreased, and the observation group was lower than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the observation group and the controlled group were 85.7%(30/35) and 65.7%(23/35),respectively, and the observation group was more higher than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Using Yiqi Yangyin Formula has definite clinical effect in the treatment of chronic nephritis, which can significantly improve the renal function, immune ability and clinical symptoms.
