摘要
目的研究中药足部贴敷护理对缓解妇科患者手术前负面情绪的有效作用。方法将2019年7月—2020年7月接收的88例妇科患者作为研究对象,按照科学的分组方式,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组44例。对照组采用常规护理,而观察组在对照组基础上使用中药贴敷足部。按照患者治疗前后情绪护理,患者满意度以及患者焦虑抑郁情况开展自评,采用Myin-Germeys情绪问卷法开展自评结果对比。结果护理后,观察组患者的情绪评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者焦虑抑郁评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论妇科患者在手术前采用中药足部贴敷护理,能够有效缓解患者临床治疗的负面情绪,提高患者对手术的信任感,提升患者对治疗的满意度,平复患者手术消极心理,对于手术的治疗具有积极意义。
Objective To study the effective effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot sticking nursing on alleviating the negative emotions of gynecological patients before operation.Methods A total of 88 gynecological patients admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were taken as research objects.According to the scientific grouping method,the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 44 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.Self-assessment was conducted according to the nursing mood,patient satisfaction,anxiety and depression of the patients before and after treatment,and comparison of self-assessment results was conducted by using myin-Germeys emotional questionnaire.Results After nursing,the mood score of patients in the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),the satisfaction score of patients in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),the anxiety and depression score of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the difference had statistical significance.Conclusion For gynecological patients,the application of traditional Chinese medicine foot stiking nursing before surgery can effectively alleviate patients’negative emotions in clinical treatment,improve patients’trust in surgery,improve patients’satisfaction with treatment,and calm patients’negative psychology in surgery,which is of positive significance for surgical treatment.
