摘要
近年来随着城市人口的增多,人们工作压力和生活节奏的加快,痔疮的发病率越来越高,其疼痛、出血等临床症状严重影响患者们的生活质量,故关于痔疮发病机制与治疗措施的研究从未停止。笔者通过阅读研究近年来关于痔疮的大量文献,结合临床中对于各种证型的痔疮患者诊疗经过的观察,总结归纳痔疮的发生、中医内治法之辨证论治、中医外治法、针灸疗法,以及其发展现状,以期为医者们治疗痔疮提供参考,为患者们解决痛苦,提高生活质量。
In recent years,with the increase of urban population,people’s work pressure and the acceleration of the pace of life,the incidence of hemorrhoids is increasing.The clinical symptoms such as pain and bleeding have seriously affected the quality of life of patients.Therefore,about the pathogenesis and treatment of hemorrhoids,the research has never stopped.Through reading and researching a large number of literatures on hemorrhoids in recent years,combined with the observation of the diagnosis and treatment of various types of hemorrhoids in the clinic,the author summarizes the occurrence of hemorrhoids,the differentiation and treatment of internal Chinese medicine,external treatment of Chinese medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion,and Its development status is expected to provide reference for doctors to treat hemorrhoids,solve pain for patients and improve the quality of life.
