摘要 在煤矿生产中,大容积原煤仓的大块矸石落料点易发生防护衬板和仓壁的冲击破坏,甚至会造成井下原煤仓围岩塌陷,而非落料点区域常形成煤仓“棚堵”。为了保障原煤仓安全、可靠运行,针对以上问题,结合工程实践,分析了原煤仓不同部位功能性复合衬板的设计、制造、安装,找到防止落煤点冲击破坏和煤仓“棚堵”问题的解决方法。 In coal mine production,large-volume raw coal bunkers are prone to suffer impact damage to the protective lining and bunker walls at the blanking points of large block gangue,which even lead to surrounding rock collapse of underground coal bunker;and shed blockage often happens in the non-blanking point.In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the raw coal bunker,in view of the above problems,the design,manufacture and installation of functional composite linings in different parts of the raw coal bunker are analyzed combining with engineering practice,to prevent the impact damage of coal blanking points and coal bunker blockage.
