摘要
长沙围绕城乡"社区教育优秀学习中心应该怎么建"进行了深入研究和实践,通过对长沙社区教育优秀学习中心建设实践的摸索,明确了社区教育优秀学习中心的内涵,建立了优秀学习中心建设的管理体制,并探索了优秀学习中心建设的运行机制,形成了督查评估机制。通过树立典型,创新模式,形成特色,为积极推进长沙社区教育深入持久发展,加快终身教育体系构建和学习型社会建设,发挥了示范引领作用,为其他地区提供了社区教育优秀学习中心建设可推广的经验。
Through deeply researching and practicing the theme of“how to construct outstanding learning centers in community education”,Changsha has cleared the meaning of outstanding learning centers in community education,has built up the management system for the construction of outstanding learning centers,and has explored the operational mechanism of outstanding learning centers in community education,forming the supervision and evaluation mechanism.By setting good examples,innovating new patterns and forming its own characteristics,it played a leading role in promoting the sustainable development of community education in Changsha actively and quickening the pace of lifelong learning system establishment and learning society construction,which provides available experience of the construction of outstanding learning centers in community education for other districts.
