成型压力对棒状复合肥料抗压性能及氮钾养分淋溶特性的影响 被引量:3

Effect of forming pressure on the compressive strength,nitrogen and potassium leaching characteristics of compound fertilizer rod

摘要 为了明确成型压力对棒状复合肥料的抗压性能及氮、钾养分淋溶特性的影响,制备并分别测定了成型压力为50、100、150 t的棒状复合肥料抗压强度,通过室内间歇式土柱淋溶试验研究了棒状复合肥料的氮、钾养分淋出特性。结果表明:随着成型压力增加,棒状复合肥料抗压强度(正压和侧压)先增加后减小,成型压力100 t时棒状复合肥料的正抗压强度和侧抗压强度分别达到了8202.80和2632.40 N。3种成型压力下制备的棒状复合肥料均具有较好的缓释效果,其氮、钾累积淋出率均小于普通肥料,但是处理间差异不显著。因此,从成型质量、缓释效果以及生产能耗等方面综合考虑,棒状复合肥料的成型压力为50~100 t时最适合。 In order to clarify the effect of the forming pressure on the compressive performance and nutrient release characteristics of compound fertilizer rod,the compressive strength of compound fertilizer rod which prepared with the forming pressure of 50,100,150 t was measured,and the intermittent soil column leaching experiment was used to research the nitrogen and potassium leaching rate of compound fertilizer rod in soil.The results showed that as the forming pressure increased,the compressive strength(positive and lateral compressive strength)of compound fertilizer rod increased first and then decreased.The positive and lateral compressive strength of compound fertilizer rod reached 8202.80 and 2632.40 N at the forming pressure of 100 t,respectively.The compound fertilizer rod prepared under the three forming pressures all had a good slow-release effect.The cumulative leaching rate of nitrogen and potassium were lower than ordinary fertilizer,but the cumulative leaching rate of nitrogen and potassium between treatments were not significant.It showed that the forming pressure had no obvious effect on the nutrient release of the compound fertilizer rod when the forming pressure reached more than 50 t.Therefore,considering the forming quality,slow release effect and production energy consumption,it is most suitable when the forming pressure of the compound fertilizer rod is 50~100 t.
