摘要
目的:观察归肾汤联合琥珀散治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿(OEC)患者的效果。方法:选取142例OEC患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各71例。对照组给予孕三烯酮和米非司酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予归肾汤联合琥珀散治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平、性激素指标[促卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))]水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为98.59%(70/71),高于对照组的87.32%(62/71),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组IL-10水平高于对照组,hs-CRP、E_(2)、FSH和LH水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论:在孕三烯酮、米非司酮治疗基础上采用归肾汤联合琥珀散治疗OEC患者可提高治疗总有效率和IL-10水平,降低hs-CRP水平和性激素指标水平,效果优于单纯孕三烯酮和米非司酮治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of Guishen decoction combined with Hupo powder in treatment of patients with ovarian endometrial cyst(OEC).Methods:142 OEC patients were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by using the random number table method,71 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Gestrinone and Mifepristone,while the observation group was treated with Guishen decoction combined with Hupo powder on the basis of those of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the levels of interleukin-10(IL-10)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),the sex hormone indicator levels[follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),and estradiol(E_(2))]and incidence of adverse reactions before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.59%(70/71),which was higher than 87.32%(62/71)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the level of IL-10 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the levels of hs-CRP,E_(2),FSH and LH were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups.Conclusions:On the basis of the treatment of Gestrinone and Mifepristone,Guishen decoction combined with Hupo powder in treatment of the patients with OEC can improve the treatment efficiency and the IL-10 level,and reduce the levels of hs-CRP and sex hormone indicators.Moreover,it is superior to simple Gestrinone and Mifepristone treatment.
