摘要
目的:观察加味寿胎丸联合黄体酮治疗肾虚型先兆流产患者的效果。方法:选取76例肾虚型先兆流产患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各38例。对照组口服黄体酮胶囊治疗,研究组在其基础上联合加味寿胎丸治疗,疗程2周。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、孕酮、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为94.74%(36/38),明显高于对照组的76.32%(29/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组中医证候积分显著低于对照组,血清孕酮、β-HCG水平显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加味寿胎丸联合黄体酮治疗肾虚型先兆流产患者,可提高治疗总有效率和血清孕酮、β-HCG水平,安胎效果优于单用黄体酮治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of Jiawei Shoutai pills combined with progesterone in treatment of threatened abortion patients of kidney deficiency type.Methods:76 patients with threatened abortion of kidney deficiency type were selected as the research objects,and were divided into t control group and study group according to the random number table method,38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral progesterone capsules,while the study group was treated with Jiawei Shoutai pills on the basis of this treatment.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.The TCM syndrome score,the clinical efficacy,the progestin andβ-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)levels and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was 94.74%(36/38),which was significantly higher than 76.32%(29/38)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group;the serum progestin andβ-HCG levels were significantly higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Jiawei Shoutai pills combined with progesterone can improve the total effective rate of treatment and improve the levels of progestin andβ-HCG in the patients with threatened abortion of kidney deficiency type.Moreover,its anti-abortion effect is better than that of progesterone alone.
