摘要
基于技术文档角度编制的、经SPSS统计验证和修正的测评量表,以福建某高校215名理工科学生为实证对象的,从技术传播通识知识、技术传播方法技能以及技术传播态度倾向等方面进行的测评结果显示,约1/2研究对象认为自己具有基本的技术传播通识知识和方法技能,但2/3研究对象的沟通行为倾向与其在技术传播态度上表明的观念意愿存在显著不一致。基于东西方高低语境文化的沟通思维差异,以及ABET国际工程师认证标准和国际工程能力框架,建议在未来工程师培育中融入技术传播教育,重视国际职业标准对技术传播素养的要求,打磨工匠精神,培养用户意识,增强非技术能力。
Based on technical documenting,a constructed scale is validated and modified through SPSS to evaluate literacy status of college engineering students in their general knowledge acquisition,skill application and communication aptitude from technical writing perspectives.The results from the 215 samples from a university indicate that half of the respondents believe that they own basic knowledge on concepts and skills of technical communication,but 2/3 of them show a conflicting communication aptitude against their belief in TC service values and improvement motives.The analysis on eastern high context culture vs.western low context culture,ABET accreditation criteria and the Engineering Competency Model requirement suggests an integration of TC education into the cultvition of future engineers with enhanced craftmanship,user-awareness and non-technical competency.
