基于工学结合校企合作的物联网工程技术职业本科专业人才培养体系研究与探索

Research and Exploration of Talent Training System for Undergraduates of Internet of Things Engineering and Technology Major Based on the Combination of Work and Study and School-Enterprise Cooperation

摘要 以物联网工程专业为例,从优化课程体系、壮大师资力量、加强校企合作、加强教学管理、完善评价机制等方面入手,提出了完善专业人才培养体系的对策,开展全方位的教学改革,进而解决教学和管理中存在的问题,为社会输送更多优秀的物联网人才,促进未来经济发展和科技进步。 Through taking internet of things engineering major as an example,the research starts from the optimization of course system,strengthening the teaching power,enhancing the cooperation between school and enterprise,strengthening teaching management,and perfecting evaluation mechanism,etc.Countermeasures of the perfect of talent training system are proposed,i.e.to comprehensively develop teaching reform,and solve the problems in teaching and management,in order to transfer more excellent talents of internet of things major for the society,and promote economic development and technology advance.
