摘要
目的:探究心理治疗联合黛力新治疗广泛性焦虑症(GAD)的临床效果。方法:选择2019年5月-2020年5月阳江市中医医院收治的GAD患者250例为研究对象,采用随机信封法分为常规组(125例)与联合组(125例),常规组采用黛力新治疗,联合组在常规组基础上联合心理治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果、治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及药物不良反应情况,两组均随访6个月,比较两组复发情况。结果:治疗前两组HAMA、SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组HAMA、SAS评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合组总显效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组复发率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理治疗联合黛力新与单用黛力新治疗GAD短期效果相仿,但联合组显效率更高,不良反应更低,可有效预防复发。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of psychotherapy combined with Deanxit in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).Method:A total of 250 GAD patients admitted to Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the conventional group (125 cases) and the combined group (125 cases) using the random envelope method.The conventional group was treated with Deanxit treatment,the combined group was combined with psychotherapy on the basis of the conventional group.The clinical treatment effects,Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) scores,self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Both groups were followed up for 6 months to compared the recurrence of the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in HAMA and SAS scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,the HAMA and SAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment (P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05).The total significant efficiency of the combined group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the recurrence rate of the combined group was lower than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychotherapy combining with Deanxit and Deanxit alone have similar short-term effects in the treatment of GAD,but the combine group has a higher efficiency and lower adverse reactions,which can effectively preventing recurrence.
