摘要
靶向学习是为学习者“量身定做”的一种新的学习方法。学习目标指向的明晰性、学习过程的直达性、现代技术的“主攻”性构成了靶向学习的核心。导向性、民主性、创新性、适度超前性等八大原则是靶向学习应该遵循的原则,实施靶向学习需要开放大学的强力支撑、建立规范的管理机制、建立丰厚的学习资源库、营造良好的氛围。在社会推行靶向学习需要政府的重视和支持,增加经费投入,树立服务第一的核心理念,持续改进与提高靶向学习效力,助力学习型社会形成。
Targeted learning is a new learning method“tailored”for learners.The clarity of learning goals,the directness of the learning process,and the“main attack”of modern technology constitute the core of targeted learning.The eight principles of orientation,democracy,innovation,and moderate advancement,etc.are the principles that targeted learning should follow.The implementation of targeted learning requires strong support of the Open University,the establishment of a standardized management mechanism,the establishment of a rich learning resource library,and the creation of a good atmosphere.The promotion of targeted learning in society requires the attention and support of the government to increase funding,establish the core concept of service first,and continue to enhance the effectiveness of targeted learning,so as to help the formation of a learning society.
