摘要
在标准动车组CR400AF型号中,400为速度等级代码,代表该车型动车组实验速度可达到400 KM/h。在转向架焊接车间小件垂向减振器生产中,出现熔深达不到工艺要求的状况。本文基于5M1E找出工艺方式落后为要因,通过分析缺陷产生的原因,制定相应的解决措施。提出取消预留排气孔,焊接方式由原来的PA焊接方位的船型间断焊接,改为PB焊接方位的连续焊接,加大电流电压,增大焊枪倾角的方案,本措施解决了垂向减振器座焊不透,熔深达不到设计要求的质量问题,经生产验证质量和工作生产效率明显提高。
In model of standard EMU CR400AF,‘400’is a code of speed class which means the test speed for this kind of model could achieve to 400km/h.During manufacturing small piece vertical shock absorbers in bogie welding workshop,the situation occurs which is the depth of fusion could not match the process requirements.This article is based on 5M1E to find out the main reason for the backward process,by analyzing the causes of defects to formulate a corresponding solutions.This article proposes following points to solve the quality problem which the the vertical shock absorber base could not be welded through and depth of fusion could not meet the design requirements.Firstly to cancel the reserved vent.Secondly to change the welding method from original ship-shaped intermittent welding of PA welding position to continuous welding of PB welding position.Thirdly to increase current and voltage.Fourthly to increase the torch angle.After production verification,the quality and work production efficiency have been significantly improved.
