摘要
阐述高校图书馆科学数据开发的意义与原则,调查分析我国高校图书馆科学数据开发现状,指出我国高校图书馆科学数据开发存在参与主体不多、平台功能不强、开发成效不足等问题,提出高校图书馆要完善政策机制、加强平台建设、积极开展合作,进而鼓励参与开发、提供开发基础、提升开发成效。
This paper discusses the significance and principles of scientific data development in university library,investigates and analyzes the current situation of scientific data development in university libraries,and points out that scientific data development in Chinese university library exists the problems of few participants,weak platform function,insufficient development effectiveness,it is proposed that university library should perfect policy mechanism,strengthen platform construction and actively develop cooperation,then encourage participation in development,provide development basis and improve development effectiveness.
