循环流化床锅炉污染物排放与控制策略综述 被引量:4

摘要 循环流化床锅炉具有着火稳定、燃料适应性好、氮氧化物排放少等优点。综述了循环流化床燃烧中氮氧化物、硫氧化物和粉尘的排放特性和控制方法,明确了影响各污染物排放的关键因素,对比分析了现有多污染物协同脱除工艺的优缺点,同时也提出了现有机组运行存在的问题,为未来循环流化床机组改造和更低污染物排放提供了一定指导。 Circulating fluidized bed boiler has the advantages of stable ignition,good fuel adaptability and low nitrogen oxide emission.The emission characteristics and controlling means of nitrogen oxides,sulfur oxides and dust in the circulating fluidized bed combustion are summarized,the key factors affecting the emission of various pollutants are clarified,the advantages and disadvantages of the existing multi-pollutant collaborative removal process are compared and analyzed,and at the same time,the operation problems of the existing units are also proposed.It provides some guidance for the future transformation of circulating fluidized bed unit and lower pollutant emission.
