摘要
兰州公司某车间是全年投产运行的车间,即使在冬季,仍有制冷需求。但兰州地区每年11月-次年3月室外平均湿球温度已低于5℃,此温度已远低于车间工艺设备设施的冷却需求温度,在此工况下,继续依赖于冷水机组制冷则显得毫无意义,相反还存在极大的电能浪费。文章依据兰州地区冬季平均温度为前提条件,通过讨论对冷冻水及冷却水系统的改造,采用冷却塔与板式换热器组合的方式代替冷水机处理冷冻水以消除室内生产需求的热负荷,实现减少冷水机组运行时数,进而降低其运行能耗。
A workshop of Lanzhou Company is a workshop that has been put into operation throughout the year.Even in winter,there is still a demand for refrigeration.However,the average outdoor wet bulb temperature in Lanzhou from November to March of the following year has been lower than 5℃,which is far lower than the cooling demand temperature of the workshop process equipment and facilities.Under this working condition,it continues to rely on chillers for cooling.It seems meaningless,on the contrary,there is a huge waste of electrical energy.Based on the winter average temperature in Lanzhou,the article discusses the transformation of chilled water and cooling water systems,and uses a combination of cooling towers and plate heat exchangers to replace chillers to treat chilled water to eliminate the heat load required by indoor production.Reduce the operating hours of the chiller,thereby reducing its operating energy consumption.
