摘要
文中结合铜陵市河湖划界工作实践,论述划界工作出现的新问题及相应处理方法。如:丘陵山区无堤防河源点如何确定、支流入河口位置如何确定、涉河水利工程处管理范围边界线如何确定、共堤段河湖外缘边界线如何确定、历史数据与实际情况有差异的如何确定等,为今后河湖管理工作提供参考。
Combined with the practice of river and rake demarcation in TongLing City,this paper discusses the new problems and corresponding treatment methods in the demarcation work,for example,how to determine the source point of the river without embankment in hilly and mountainous areas,how to determine the location of the tributary into the estuary,how to determine the boundary line of the management scope of the river water conservancy engineering department,how to determine the boundary line of the outer edge of the river and lake in the common embankment section,how to determine the difference between historical data and actual situation,so as to provide reference for river and lake management in the future.
