摘要
目的探讨并分析腰椎滑脱患者应用多排螺旋CT重建技术检查的诊断价值。方法选择2019年5月至2021年4月于我院接受检查的腰椎滑脱患者54例进行研究。所有患者均接受螺旋CT平扫和多排螺旋CT三维重建检查,对比两种检查技术的阳性检出率、分型诊断准确性以及图像特征。结果多排螺旋CT三维重建技术相对于CT平扫有着明显的阳性检出率优势,数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;基于手术判断结果为标准,多排螺旋CT三维重建的分型诊断准确率明显高于CT平扫,P<0.05;多排螺旋CT三维重建的影像学图像中清晰度较高,可以实现对椎体、峡部裂定位以及空间关系的准确体现。结论多排螺旋CT三维重建技术可以有效应用于腰椎滑脱的检查与诊断,检查结果的准确性较高并且可以清晰展现影像学特征,可以为临床医师提供更加可靠的图像数据,值得推广。
Objective To explore and analyze the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT reconstruction in patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods Fifty-four cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis who were examined in our hospital from May 2019 to April 2021 were selected for the study.All patients underwent spiral CT plain scan and CT three-dimensional reconstruction examination,and the positive detection rate,classification diagnosis accuracy and image characteristics of the two examination techniques were compared.Results Compared with CT plain scan,the multi-slice spiral CT reconstruction technique has an obvious positive detection rate advantage,and the data difference is statistically significant,P<0.05;based on the surgical judgment result as the standard,the classification diagnosis accuracy rate of CT three-dimensional reconstruction is obvious higher than CT plain scan,P<0.05;CT three-dimensional reconstruction imaging images have higher definition,which can realize the accurate representation of the vertebral body and the isthmic fissure location and the spatial relationship.Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT reconstruction technology can be effectively applied to the examination and diagnosis of lumbar spondylolisthesis.The accuracy of the examination results is high and the imaging features can be clearly displayed.It can provide clinicians with more reliable image data and is worthy of promotion.
