摘要
针对藤子沟水库控制运用中实际存在的问题,综合考虑防洪实际和多年调节性能进行优化计算,并制作水库防洪兴利联合调度图指导水库运行。分析结果表明:目标实时优化调度可协调防洪和发电之间的矛盾,在平水、枯水年份水库接近"上基本调度线"运行,提高了水能资源利用率,优化了水库调度。
Aiming at the practical problems existing in operation control Tengzigou reservoir flood control, considering the actual and years ofregulation performance optimization, and the production of reservoirflood control dispatching map to guide the reservoir operation. The calculation results show that the contradiction between the real timeoptimization scheduling: coordination between flood control and power generation, in water, in dry years reservoir near basic scheduling line operation, improve water resource utilization, and provides a theoretical reference for the reservoir operation.
