摘要
黑龙江省新兴产业发展需要像新基建这样新发展思路的支持。积极响应推进新基建的建设发展,使黑龙江省产业发展紧跟科技进步的步伐,抓住新基建时代的机遇,创造出一批新兴产业。基于此,首先分析黑龙江省产业结构的创新转型升级的态势与趋势,再结合新基建对黑龙江省新兴产业发展的影响,最终提出开发基建新领域助力新兴产业开发,集聚基建新地区强化地区优势互补,探寻基建新方式保障制度体系完善以及关注基建新主体,支持产业资金投入等对策建议。
The development of emerging industries in Heilongjiang Province needs the support of new development ideas such as new infrastructure construction.Actively promoting the construction of new infrastructure,makes Heilongjiang Province closely follow the pace of scientific and technological progress in industrial development,seize the opportunity of the new infrastructure era,and create a number of emerging industries.Based on this,first the paper analyzes the situation and trend of innovation,transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in Heilongjiang Province,combined with the impact of new infrastructure on the development of emerging industries in the province.It finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as developing new areas of infrastructure to help the development of emerging industries,gathering new areas of infrastructure for strengthening regional complementary advantages,exploring new ways of infrastructure construction,improving the security system,paying attention to new subjects of infrastructure,and supporting industrial capital investment.
