氟泵空调在IDC机房中的节能运用 被引量:3

摘要 在通信行业中,目前绝大多数需要建立大型数据中心的单位,对数据中心认识不足,设备过于集中,服务器散热量大,专用空调台数较多且耗电量高等问题不断在机房应用中凸显。提出采用氟泵节能技术来改善IDC机房用电情况的方法,通过介绍其节能原理和工作组成,并结合实际运用,总结阐述节能运用效果并提出改进措施。同时,分析在实际运行中氟泵空调遇到的主要技术难题,给出相应的解决方法,旨在为寒冷地区IDC机房氟泵空调改造提供参考。 In the telecommunication industry,most of the IDC owners do not have enough understanding of data center.The over centralized equipment led to excessive heat output.The problems of high-power consumption and large number of dedicated air-conditioning have been highlighted in IDC.This paper puts forward a method of improving the power efficiency of IDC computer room by using the energy-saving technology of fluorine pump.The main context expounds the pump’s energy-saving principle and mechanical structure,then discuss how to apply it.The summary sets forth the energy-saving application effect and puts forward improving measures.At the same time,the paper analyzes the main technical problems encountered in the actual operation and gives corresponding solutions.Likewise,it provides suggestions for the renovation of IDC’s fluorine pump air conditioning in cold area.
