摘要
针对通信用蓄电池组连接设施(连接铜线或者铜排)相关技术规范的缺失,分析了连接设施载流量的约束条件,同时考虑了蓄电池内部连接方式以及放电过程中的电压陡降、电流爬升对连接设施带来的影响,总结出了电池连接设施的安全载流量核算的整体考虑因素,给出了常见产品的配置参数,建议制定相关的技术规范和标准指导现场工作。
In view of the lack of relevant technical specifications for the connection facilities(connecting copper wire or copper bar)of the communication battery pack,the constraint conditions of the ampacity of the connection facilities are analyzed,and the influence of the internal connection mode of the battery and the influence of the steep voltage drop and current climb during the discharge process on the connection facilities are considered,The overall considerations of safe ampacity accounting of battery connection facilities are summarized,the configuration parameters of common products are given,and it is suggested to formulate relevant technical specifications and standards to guide the field work.
