摘要
选取粘贴保温板薄抹灰外保温、内置保温现浇混凝土复合剪力墙、珍珠岩轻质复合保温板三种不同外墙保温构造在超低能耗建筑中应用的工程实例,利用Flixo软件模拟计算热桥部位产生的外墙传热系数附加值,探究三种不同外墙构造形式的热桥对建筑能耗的影响。结果显示:热桥部位对外墙热工(建筑能效指标)影响较大的部位主要是被动外门窗和层间现浇钢筋混凝土挑板,其中被动外门窗安装热桥影响最大;外墙保温系统采用内置保温现浇混凝土复合剪力墙、珍珠岩轻质复合保温板构造时,被动外门窗安装热桥产生的外墙传热系数附加值是粘贴保温板薄抹灰外保温构造的2倍及以上;外墙保温系统采用内置保温现浇混凝土复合剪力墙、珍珠岩轻质复合保温板构造,其热桥部位对外墙热工(建筑能效指标)的影响远远大于粘贴保温板薄抹灰外保温构造。
The application of three different external wall insulation structures,namely thin plastered external insulation with thermal insulation board,cast-in-place concrete composite shear wall with built-in thermal insulation,and perlite lightweight composite thermal insulation board,in ultra-low energy consumption buildings were selected.Flixo software was used to simulate and calculate the added value of external wall heat transfer coefficient generated at the thermal bridge position,and the influence of three different external wall structural forms of thermal bridge on building energy consumption was explored.The results show:The thermal engineering(building energy efficiency index)of external wall in thermal bridge position is mainly affected by passive exterior doors and Windows and cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs between floors,among which the thermal bridge installation of passive exterior doors and Windows has the greatest influence.When the external wall insulation system adopts the structure of cast-in-place concrete composite shear wall and perlite lightweight composite insulation board,the added value of external wall heat transfer coefficient generated by the installation of thermal bridge on passive external doors and Windows is more than two times that of the thin plastered external insulation board.The external wall insulation system adopts the structure of cast-in-place concrete composite shear wall and perlite lightweight composite insulation board,and the influence of the thermal bridge on the external wall(building energy efficiency index)is far greater than that of the thin plastered external insulation board.
