摘要
近城的平原村建筑密度大,建设用地存量少,景观资源匮乏;脱贫之后如何实现乡村振兴,是乡村规划与设计领域的重要课题。本文通过河北衡水故城县董学村的改造案例,介绍场域方法指导下乡村规划与设计策略研究的新成果。文化场域研究实现了将文化资源转化成为资本,助力精准扶贫和乡村振兴;文化基础设施建设成为乡村建设的新动力,实现城乡联动发展,让人文资源项目投资建设成为乡村振兴的重要抓手等方向。通过文化场域重构社会学方法与景观设计方法相支撑,运用景观与公共艺术创作的方式重建文化景观与乡土活动,实现乡村社区文化与旅游之间的良性互动。一方面提升乡村风貌,开辟社区公共空间与开展社区营造活动,另一方面通过文化认同与荣誉感建构城市人与乡村人的共识纽带,重新构建乡村的凝聚力。
Large building density in the flatlands villages around the cities,with low construction land stock and poor landscape resources brings an important topic issue in the field of rural planning and design;how to realize rural revitalization after poverty alleviation.This paper introduces the new achievements of rural planning and design strategy research through the transformation case of Dongxue Village in Gucheng County,Hengshui City,Hebei Province.The research on cultural fields has realized the transformation of cultural resources into capital to help promote targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Cultural infrastructure construction will be the new driving force for the rural revitalization to achieve the interconnected development of urban and rural areas,and make the investment and construction of cultural resource projects an important asset.By the sociological method of cultural field reconstruction and the landscape design method,the cultural landscape and local activities can be rebuilt in the way of landscape and public art creation,so as to realize the benign interaction between rural community culture and tourism.On the one hand,it will improve rural features,open up community public space and initiate community building activities,and on the other hand,it constructs the consensus link between urban and rural people through cultural recognition and the sense of honor,and finally rebuilds the cohesion in the rural areas.
