摘要
所谓的植物检疫,主要是指通过立法方式避免苗木、种子和应施检疫的植物与产品在流通中对有害生物进行传播的措施,主要特点是从宏观整体上做好预防,特别是非本地区有害和检疫性有害生物的引进、定殖和传播,具有法律强制性,及对危害森林有害生物的预防性、可预见性、彻底性。所以,如何控制植物检疫,及时封锁辖区外局部地区的各类危险病虫草害,对森林病虫害的防治尤为重要。鉴于此,文章详细论述了林业有害生物防控中植物检疫的关键作用,旨在为相关业界人士提供有价值的借鉴与参考,进而更好地为林业的健康可持续发展贡献力量。
The so-called plant quarantine is mainly a measure to prevent the spread of pests in circulation by means of legislation to prevent seedlings,seeds and quarantine duties and products from spreading in circulation.The main feature is to do a good job in the prevention of everything as a whole,especially the introduction,colonization and spread of harmful and quarantine pests in non-local areas,which are legally mandatory,as well as the prevention,predictability and thoroughness of forest pests.Therefore,how to control plant quarantine and timely block all kinds of dangerous diseases,pests and weeds in local areas outside the jurisdiction is particularly important for the prevention and control of forest diseases and insect pests.Thus,this article discusses in detail the key role of plant quarantine in the prevention and control of forestry pests,in order to provide valuable reference for the relevant industry,and facilitate the healthy,sustainable development of forestry.
