摘要
发展规划是大学转型和提速发展的重要手段,是引领大学发展的行动纲领。大多的新建本科院校还处于发展的初创期,对发展规划的重要性及实施管理的必要性认识还不够。以成都工业学院为例,阐述新建本科院校发展规划的意义、管理模式,以及在推动发展规划实施过程中的路径探索,特别是在“十三五”末创新性地采用自评与第三方评估相结合的方式,客观评价和总结规划实施效果,为其他同类型高校提供参考。
Development planning is an important means for university transformation and accelerated development,and it is a program of action leading the development of Universities.Most of the newly-established universities are still in the initial stage of development,and they are not sufficienyly aware of the importance of development planning and the necessity of implementing management.Taking the Chengdu Technological University as an example,the significance and management mode of the development plan of the newly-established universities,as well as the path exploration in the process of promoting the implementation of the development plan were explained.Especially at the end of the“13th five year plan”period,we innovatively adopted a combination of self-evaluation and third-party evaluation to objectively evaluate and summarize the implementation effect of the plan,and provide reference for other similar universities.
