摘要
在数字经济时代背景下,互联网平台主体借助独特的数据优势和平台经济成为我国经济发展的新动能。但随着超大型互联网平台出现、市场集中度持续提升,出现了“二选一”、“大数据杀熟”等现象,妨碍了有序竞争,损害了消费者合法权益。近年来,我国逐渐加强对互联网平台企业无序扩张和不正当竞争的反垄断监管,本文阐述了互联网平台垄断的特征,探究当前我国互联网平台反垄断面临的难题,并给出相应政策建议,为互联网平台反垄断监管贡献一份力量。
Under the background of the digital economy era,the main body of the Internet platform has become a new driving force for my country's economic development with the help of unique data advantages and platform economy.However,with the emergence of super-large Internet platforms and the continued increase in market concentration,phenomena such as"choosing one of the two"and"big data"have emerged,hindering orderly competition and damaging the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.In recent years,my country has gradually strengthened anti-monopoly supervision on the disorderly expansion and unfair competition of Internet platform companies.This article describes the characteristics of Internet platform monopoly,explores the current problems facing my country's Internet platform anti-monopoly,and gives corresponding policy recommendations.The anti-monopoly supervision of Internet platforms contributes to its efforts.
