摘要
文章通过对露点仪相关专利的检索,阐述了露点仪专利申请主要集中于江苏省、北京和广东省,专利申请占比达到46.1%。专利申请人中企业占比最大约占69.97%,专利申请内容以露点仪应用为主。现有露点仪专利授权率为57.79%,授权的专利中约有53%为2018年之后申请的专利,2017年之前申请的专利基本都已为失效状态。企业露点仪专利申请的技术功效重点在于便利性提高、复杂性降低、精度提高、速度提高,相关专利申请约占55.28%。
Through the search of relevant patents of dew point instrument,the paper expounds that the patent applications of dew point instrument are mainly concentrated in Jiangsu Province,Beijing and Guangdong Province,and the proportion of patent applications reaches 55.28%.Among patent applicants,enterprises account for the largest proportion,accounting for about 69.97%.The content of patent application is mainly the application of dew point meter.The patent authorization rate of the existing dew point meter is 57.79%.About 53% of the patents authorized are patents applied after 2018,and the patents applied before 2017 are basically invalid.The technical efficacy of enterprise dew point meter patent application focuses on improving convenience,reducing complexity,improving precision and speed.Relevant patent applications account for about 55.28%.
