摘要
针对现有图像增强算法容易造成颜色失真、局部信息变少和对比度降低的问题,研究了一种基于灰度调节和改进的Gamma校正直方图重构的图像增强算法。首先,在对数域下利用图像当前值、平均值和最大值的关系,乘以比例调节系数得到图像的灰度调节系数,在实数域下对图像进行自适应灰度调节,得到预增强图像;然后,使用单通道直方图所有峰值的均值作为裁剪峰值,采用Gamma函数为累积分布函数的校正函数,对图像单通道直方图进行直方图重构,得到增强的单通道图像;最后,利用预增强图像三通道灰度值比例关系获得剩余两个通道的灰度值,合并三通道得到增强图像。实验表明,研究的方法能够有效改善图像视觉质量,细节清晰,对比度好。
Aiming at the problem that existing image enhancement algorithms are easy to cause color distortion, local information reduction and contrast reduction, an image enhancement algorithm based on gamma adjustment and improved gamma correction histogram reconstruction is studied.Firstly, in the logarithmic domain, using the relationship between the current value, the average value, and the maximum value of the image, the scale adjustment coefficient is multiplied to get the gray adjustment coefficient of the image, adaptive grayscale adjustment on the image in the real number domain is performed to obtain a pre-enhanced image.Then the mean value of all peaks of the single-channel histogram is used as the clipping peak, the Gamma function is used as the correction function of the cumulative distribution function, and the histogram reconstruction of the image single-channel histogram is performed to obtain an enhanced single-channel image.Finally, the gray values of the remaining two channels are obtained using the three-channel gray scale ratio of the pre-enhanced image, an enhanced image is obtained by combining the three channels.Experiments show that the method can effectively improve the visual quality of the image with clear details and good contrast.
