摘要
为解决换热站供热管网热力工况不均和资源浪费现象,设计了基于STM32F407的换热站监测与控制系统。首先简述了换热站的基本运行状况,接着介绍了以STM32F407芯片为核心的换热站控制电路硬件设计,包括主控模块,分控模块,模拟输入输出模块,数字输入输出模块,人机交互模块和通信模块。采用模糊PID控制算法实现对换热站的温度控制。结果表明所设计的监控系统基本可以实现对换热站供热管网的运行状况监控和控制。
In order to solve the uneven thermal conditions and waste of resources in the heating pipe network of the heat exchange station, a STM32 F407-based heat exchange station monitoring and control system was designed.First, the basic operation status of the heat exchange station is briefly described, and then the hardware design of the control circuit of the heat exchange station based on the STM32 F407 chip is introduced, which invlove main control module, separate bcontrol module, analogue I&O module, digital I&O module, interaction module and communication module.Fuzzy PID control algorithm is used to achieve temperature control of heat exchange station.The results show that the designed monitoring system can basically monitor and control the operation status of the heat supply network of the heat exchange station.
