摘要
针对辽宁某石英岩矿进行选矿工艺试验研究,采用破碎、磨矿、脱泥、磁选与浮选试验工艺流程,以SiO_(2)94.40%、K_(2)O 1.52%、Na_(2)O 0.81%、Fe_(2)O_(3)0.78%的石英岩矿为原料,在磨矿细度-0.074mm占65.70%的条件下,经过脱泥—磁选除去泥质和含铁矿物,再以硫酸作为调整剂、混合捕收剂进行浮选除去长石矿物,最终可获得SiO_(2) 99.46%、TFe_(2)O_(3)0.062%,回收率61.33%的石英精矿,可满足工业特级品要求。
The experimental study on mineral processing technology of a quartzite ore in Liaoning was carried out,through the analysis methods of rock and mineral analysis,chemical analysis and so on,taking the beneficiation process of crushing,grinding,desliming,magnetic separation and flotation was adopted,using different amounts of sulfuric acid solution as adjusting agent,with SiO_(2) grade of 94.40%,K_(2)O grade of1.52%,Na_(2)O grade of 0.81%,Fe_(2)O_(3) content of 0.78%silica mine as raw material,the size of grinding fineness-0.074 mm accounts for 65.70%,and finally obtaining SiO_(2) grade of 99.46%,recovery rate of 61.33%,and Fe_(2)O_(3) content of 0.062%of silica concentrate,meeting the requirements of industrial special need.
