肠道微生态与心脑血管疾病关系的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 心脑血管疾病是全球发病率和死亡率较高的疾病.我国心脑血管患病率也呈持续上升趋势.随着分子生物学技术与生物信息技术的发展,研究者发现心脑血管疾病的发生、发展与肠道微生态息息相关.肠道微生态的失衡,如肠道菌群数量的改变以及菌群代谢产物对生存环境的改变可以通过多种途径影响心脑血管疾病的发展和预后.文章就肠道微生态与心脑血管疾病的相关性以及作用机制进行综述,为心脑血管疾病的预防和治疗提供依据. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are the diseases with high morbidity and mortality over the world,and the prevalence of cardiovascular diseases in China is also on the rise.With the development of gene technology and bioinformation technology,researchers have found that the occurrence and development of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are closely related to intestinal microecology.The imbalance of intestinal microecology,such as the change of intestinal flora quantity and the change of microbial metabolites in the living environment,can affect the development and recovery of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases through a variety of ways.In this paper,the correlation between intestinal microecology and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases as well as their mechanisms of action was reviewed,so as to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
