摘要
以智能可穿戴设备为代表的媒介技术正在全面"侵入"人们的日常生活,这种现象在乐于接受新技术并沉浸其中的都市青年身上尤为凸显。本研究基于技术现象学的理论视角,以智能可穿戴设备在都市青年生活场景的应用为切入点,提出媒介技术在当代日常生活中的"双重中介"作用:既中介自我与身体,也中介主体与社会。在自我-身体层面,媒介借助物的形态框定人的动作和轨迹,并介入知觉系统中介人的主观感知,使身体成为媒介系统的生物终端;在主体-社会层面,媒介是连通主体与虚拟网络的数字接口,其搭建的"关系平台"促使人以"化身"的形式参与交往。媒介既规定了生活场景的断裂与融合,也改变着生存在媒介之间的人的生活方式和社会观念。在强调媒介的"自主性"及其作为"自然环境"的现状之余,必须重新审视人之于媒介的"主体性"所在。理解"人/技联合体"的存在方式是维持人与媒介技术之间动态平衡的关键。
New media represented by smart wearable devices have an increasingly profound impact on people,especially the urban youth who are willing to accept new technologies and easily immersed in them.Based on the theoretical perspective of technology phenomenology and the use of smart wearable devices,this paper proposes the"double-mediation model":mediating ego and body,also subject and society.At the ego-body level,the media not only frameshuman activities and trajectories,but also intervenes in the human perception system to mediate subjective perception,which makes the body become the biological terminal of media system.At the subject-social level,the media is the digital interface connecting the subject and the virtual network.The"platform"built by the media encourages people to participate in the communication in the form of"avatar".Themedia stipulates the breakage and integration of scenes,and also changes the life style and social concept.In addition to emphasizing the"autonomy"of media and its status as the"natural environment",we must re-examine the"subjectivity"of people and understand the existence form of"human/technology associations",which is the key to maintain the dynamic balance between human and media technology.
