摘要
探索合作社农产品质量监控的有效模式对提升农产品质量具有重要作用。该研究结合系统论和管理控制论,按照内外双层控制系统-社内成员分类-社员类型对应监控类型匹配的分析框架,构建了具有双层监控路径、三级反馈运行、多向协作渠道运行框架的合作社农产品质量监控模式,依据其运行框架,对应提出质量价格对等机制、奖惩激励约束机制、农产品质量追溯机制3种运行机制,剖析模式生成完备型体系评价机制、共享型技术支持机制、专业型人员管理机制、综合型基础保障机制4类模式实现机制,保证模式的优质高效运行,实现农产品竞争力提升,有效推进乡村经济发展。
Exploring the effective mode of cooperative agricultural product quality control plays an important role in improving the quality of agricultural products.Combining with the system theory and management control theory,according to the internal and external double-layer control system-classification-the club′s members membership types corresponding monitoring types match analysis framework,constructing the monitoring path,level three feedback had a double,multi-directional cooperation channel operation framework of cooperative agricultural product quality monitoring model,according to its operation framework,proposed corresponding quality price reciprocity mechanism,rewards and punishment incentive constraint mechanism,operation mechanism of three kinds of agricultural products quality tracking mechanism,analyze the model to generate the complete type system evaluation mechanism,sharing technical support mechanism,professional personnel management mechanism,comprehensive infrastructure assurance mechanism,four types of pattern implementation mechanism.Ensure the high quality and efficient operation of the model,realize the competitiveness of agricultural products,and effectively promote the development of rural economy.
