劳动教育融入高中思政课教学存在的问题、原因及实践策略 被引量:11

摘要 当前,国家政策导向将劳动教育融入高中思政课教学,发挥劳动育人的价值,已有许多高中一线教师践行将劳动教育融入高中思政课教学实践中,但在具体开展样态上存在被"窄化"、"弱化"和"淡化"的现象。目前,劳动教育融入高中思政课教学存在的问题是:教学目标缺乏整体定位和设计,难以形成育人合力;教学内容突出单线理论和结构,无法有效对接要求;教学方法应用模式单一,弱化实践体验过程;教学评价体系不够健全,模糊性评价弹性过大。其原因是:教师对劳动教育相关理念认识不科学,教师践行劳动教育实践经验有所欠缺,教师教学缺乏清晰而有效的评价方式。要提高劳动教育融入高中思政课教学的实效性,具体策略是:凸显价值立意,统筹劳动教育融入高中思政课教学目标;优化情境创设,挖掘劳动教育融入高中思政课教学内容;择优教学方法,探索劳动教育融入高中思政课的教学路径;坚持多元评价,强化劳动教育融入高中思政课的教学运用。 At present,the national policy orientation integrates labor education into the ideological and political course teaching in senior high school,and exerts the value of labor education.Many front-line teachers in senior high schools have practiced integrating labor education into the teaching practice of the ideological and political course in senior high schools,but there are phenomena of being"narrowed","weakened"and"diluted"in the specific development mode.At present,the problems existing in the integration of labor education into the ideological and political course teaching in senior high schools are as follows:the teaching goal is lack of overall orientation and design,so it is difficult to form the joint force of educating people;the teaching content highlights the single-line theory and structure,which can not effectively meet the requirements;the application mode of teaching method is single,which weakens the process of practical experience;the teaching evaluation system is not perfect,and the flexibility of fuzzy evaluation is too large.The causes are as follows:teachers’understanding of the concept of labor education is not scientific,teachers are lack of practical experience in labor education,and they also lack clear and effective evaluation methods in teaching.In order to improve the effectiveness of integrating labor education into the ideological and political course teaching in senior high schools,the specific strategies are as follows:highlight the value intention and coordinate the integration of labor education into the ideological and political course teaching objectives in senior high schools;Optimize the situation creation,and dig out the integration of labor education into the teaching content of the ideological and political course in senior high schools;select the best teaching methods and explore the way of integrating labor education into the teaching of the ideological and political course in senior high schools;adhere to multiple evaluation and strengthen the integration of labor education into the ideological and political teaching course in senior high schools.
