摘要
中国煤炭地质总局第二勘探局绿色勘查技术装备研究院钻机研发团队研发成功MGD-S50Ⅱ型声频环保钻机,钻进不需冲洗液,取样样品不扰动,取样质量高,特别适合于高质量取样场合,如环境钻探、水溶性矿物勘探和岩土勘察。声频动力头采用对称偏心轴的反向高速旋转,产生超高频振动力,与钻杆产生共振,使地层局部液化,适合于快速钻进物探爆破孔、地源热泵孔,及各类工程钻孔。2019年进行工业试验及极限深度试验,检验钻机性能,收集实验数据,进一步改进优化钻机,创造了良好的社会效益,为进一步应用和推广积累宝贵经验。
The drill R & D team of green exploration technology and equipment research institute has successfully developed the second generation MGD-S50Ⅱacoustic environmental-sound drilling machine. It does not need flushing fluid for drilling, does not disturb sampling samples, and has high sampling quality, is especially suitable for high-quality sampling occasions, such as environmental drilling, water-soluble mineral exploration and geotechnical exploration. The acoustic power head adopts the reverse high-speed rotation of the symmetrical eccentric axis to generate ultra-high frequency vibration force and resonate with the drill pipe, resulting in local liquefaction of the formation. It is suitable for rapid drilling of geophysical blasting holes, ground source heat pump holes and various engineering boreholes. In 2019, field industrial test and limit depth test were conducted to inspect the performance of the drilling machine, collect experimental data, further improve and optimize this drilling machine, create good social benefits and accumulate valuable experience for further application and promotion.
